Heat-resistant up to 230 °C
Thanks to its excellent heat resistance, Keeper Bag can be used in the microwave and also as a sous-vide cooking bag. Versatile in the kitchen, but always with a little care.
- Sous-vide: slowly lower the bag (with the opening slightly open) into the water. The water pressure pushes out excess air and creates a snug seal around the food. When the bag is almost submerged, close it completely.
- Microwave: open the seal slightly before heating, so steam can escape.
A wider opening: fills and cleans better
We listened to people who found the opening too narrow — especially in the smaller sizes — and hard to clean. The new version has a curved opening that spreads wide open: more usable space inside and far easier cleaning.

Premium-grade platinum silicone
Platinum silicone is made from sand and oxygen, with no fillers, added polymers or byproducts: a clearly higher quality than cheap silicone. Keeper Bag is made of 100% platinum silicone.

Resistance test
When you stretch the silicone, cheap silicone whitens immediately; platinum silicone shows no difference.

How to clean and prevent odors
To remove odors and sanitize the silicone, wash with one of these solutions and then let it dry in the sun.

Rice rinse water
The water from rinsing rice, a natural remedy.
- Due to the nature of silicone, slight discoloration is unavoidable: intensely colored foods (kimchi, curry) can leave stains. Store pigmented ingredients with care and wash with a mild detergent.
- Don't turn the bag inside out to wash it: the seal area could be damaged.
- Air-drying can leave water marks: dry with a paper towel to prevent them. Water marks do not affect the product's functions in any way.
